Returns Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. If the product has been damaged, worn, or opened (in the case of sealed items), we may not be able to offer a return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Please securely package the items you wish to return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. We will issue a refund for the returned item once we’ve received it in accordance with our returns policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or full refund. We may ask for photos of the damage to help process your claim more efficiently.
